Brief explanation
The Home area is the central overview page in LIZ Booker.
It is always the first view, regardless of whether you are using the web version or the app of LIZ Booker.
Here you can get a quick overview of your current week, your bookings and the bookings of your colleagues. In addition, you can book new resources, manage existing bookings and view further information such as the floor plan or content from the content management system.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open LIZ Booker in the app or browser.
- After logging in, you will automatically be taken to the home page.
- At the top, you will see an overview of your current week, starting with today.
- You can immediately see what you have booked or can still book on each day.
- Use the plus symbol to book a new resource for the coming days.
- Tap or click on an existing booking to open a detailed view.
- In the detailed view, you can see where, what and for how long the booking was made.
- There you can edit or cancel the booking or report a problem.
- In the colleagues section, you can see the bookings for your favourite accounts for the coming days.
- In the web version, you can also open the quick view of the floor plan to see who is sitting where today or which resources are booked.
- If content management is activated, you will also find articles, newsletters or planned events in the home section.
Tips & tricks
- The overview is always displayed on a weekly basis and starts with the current day.
- Only favoured colleagues are displayed in the colleague overview.
- The floor plan quick view is currently only available in the web version.
- Changes to bookings are updated immediately in the home area.
