- Open the menu on the left-hand side.
- Select the "Overview" item to obtain a weekly overview of your bookings.

- The overview includes all available booking resources such as desks, open areas, meeting rooms and phone boxes.
- Additional options such as Home Office or Travel Day are also visible, should they be available.
3. use the calendar view:
- In the form of a calendar, you can view a complete overview of your work locations and times.
- It is possible to display bookings of meeting rooms to which you have been invited. These invitations are highlighted in blue to make them quick and easy to identify.
4 Edit bookings:
- By clicking on a booking, such as a desk booking, you can edit it.
- Options include cancelling a booking or adding more resources by clicking on the options at the top of the page.
5 Navigating the calendar:
- Use the arrows at the top to navigate forwards or backwards within the weekly view and view different time slots.

- For a more detailed view of the physical space, you can jump to the "Floor Plan" at any time to visualise the location of resources.
