Step-by-step instructions
- In the Home section of LIZ Booker, I need to click on either my profile picture or my initials.
- In the overview that appears, I need to click on ‘App Settings’.
- Now, under ‘Privacy’, I can decide for myself what should remain deactivated and what I would like to have activated.
- To activate a privacy setting, I must click on the slider icon so that it is activated (the colour changes from grey to green).
- To deactivate it, I do the same (the colour changes from green to grey).
Tips & tricks
- The privacy settings are inactive by default and can only be used if you activate them yourself.
Summary
Users can use the privacy settings to individually determine which personal information they want to share with colleagues. The settings are voluntary, can be changed at any time and give users full control over their own data. In LIZ Booker, these options can be activated or deactivated via the profile in the app settings under ‘Privacy’. By default, all privacy settings are inactive and must be consciously activated.
