Brief explanation
On the floor plan, you can not only book resources, but also customise the view using filters.
This allows you to determine which resource types, bookings or attributes are displayed. This helps you find the right workspace or room more quickly and hide unnecessary information.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the floor plan in LIZ Booker.
- At the bottom of the floor plan, you will see the selection of resource types.
- Select which resources you want to display, for example, only workstations.
- Other resource types such as meeting rooms, free areas or telephone booths will be hidden.
- Click on the glasses icon to set further display options.
- Decide whether security features should be displayed or hidden.
- Specify whether favourite icons should be displayed for resources.
- Choose whether bookings made by favourite colleagues should be visible.
- Open the fine filters to narrow down your search further.
- Define time availability, e.g. bookable all day, mornings or afternoons.
- Set additional attributes such as hardware or extras, e.g. window seat or height-adjustable workstation.
- Save the filter settings.
- The floor plan now only shows the resources that match your criteria and are bookable.
Tips & tricks
- Filters are particularly helpful for large floor plans with many resources.
- Fine filters can be combined flexibly.
Only resources that meet all filter criteria are displayed as bookable.
